A lot of our friends reccommended this area and we will do the same, this will not be our last visit as there is still so much to see.  We were pleasantly surprised to find that Ant was a fellow celt from the valleys of South Wales.  Finding historic piazza's and drinking espresso or something stronger outside one of the many cafes will be the memory that I  will cherish....Y & S, Mid Galmorgan, Wales

A lovely, spacious apartment and a very comfortable 2 weeks. Lake Fiastra is beautiful and very peaceful.  Quite a bit going on in Sarnano especially around the 15th August with the Palio, drumming and processions through the old town - worth a look if you're about at this time.  Overall a very enjoyable 2 weeks for all of us especially helped by Ant & Karen with their knowledge of the area and hospitality....D,A,M & J Birmingham + A & M Poland.

A perfect sized apartment in a beautiful location.  We intended to use it as a base to for sightseeing throughout Le Marche, Umbria & Tuscany but fell in love with the area so spent much of our time enjoying the local beauty. Sarnano is a lovely town and San Ginesio has great character.....K, Edingrugh, Scotland & M, Houston USA.

Having visited Tuscany last year & Umbria 5 years ago we were looking forward to staying in Le March and seeing if it lived up to these areas - it did!!!  We had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful area.  We were really impressed with the amount of play areas even in the smallest villages) - a godsend with 2 small kids.  Thanks very much to Ant & karen for their wonderful place and maybe see you one year for the palio.....J, J, M & F, Bedford, UK.

It's the last night before we're due to leave and we're savouring every last moment of being here!  We really couldn't have chosen a better spot along with such friendly and accomodating hosts.  Coming from London we really appreciated the peace & quite here.   We'd be out for the day but couldn't wait to come back to what we called "home" for the evening & enjoy a BBQ or watching the sun go down over Gualdo.  We did a lot of research on Le Marche prior to our travels but it really did exceed our expectations.  We'll definately be back....J & H, London, UK.

Had a brilliant time from the moment we stepped out of the car.  Villa fantastic, weather fantastic and Karen & Ant are like part of the family.  We couldn't have wished for a better holiday or company.  Every where we have been  since we arrived has been stunning.  No dissappointments at all! Can't wait to come back next year, hopefully we'll have a longer stay as we don't want to leave....M & P, Wakefield, UK.     It has been good.  The weather has been lovely. I enjoyed swimming in Lake Fiastra.  I caught some lizards and saw a scorpion....L (aged 7), Wakefield, UK.

We came to Le Marche partly to see were my father was living in WW2.  Were taken aback by how beautiful it is: Mountains stunning and the villages beautifully restored and more importantly lived in.  Enjoyed swimming, sea wonderfully warm, Lake Fiastra refreshing & what a view.  We enjoyed exploring but we also enjoyed coming back to our comfortable apartment.  Loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning & evening & wishing we had a view like that at home!.....E & M, London, UK.     When I first arrived I didn't think the holiday was for me.  However as the holiday went on my opinion drastically changed.....D (aged 17), London, UK.

A beautiful setting and a great apartment, was the perfect setting for our honeymoon.  A thousand thankyou's to Karen & Ant for giving my wife her dream time and a perfect start to our lives together.  This does mean we will have to come back for an anniversary or 2..... R & C, Leeds, UK.

Comment: We returned to Biaggi for the second time to spend two weeks of our honeymoon there and it was the perfect spot to escape to after such a hectic run up to our wedding. Karen was the perfect host as always and was there if we needed her but not at all intrusive. Biaggi is set in such a tranquil location, equal distance from the coast and mountains alike, and as much as we loved exploring the area it was always a treat to return to Biaggi and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. When we did manage to tear ourselves away we took a couple of lovely walks from Biaggi and lost ourselves in the beautiful scenery. Casa Biaggi is the ideal place to escape the ratrace and really get away from it all. We would certainly recommend it to any of our friends/family, and will definitely return ourselves. Thank you Karen for having us and giving us a honeymoon to remember. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine on arrival, it was a pleasure to be able to share it with you.

Comment: Had a brilliant 2 weeks at Karen and Anthony's place in Casa Jessica. Wonderful scenery, great appartment and fantastic hosts. We loved the mountains and beautiful countryside, the local towns and villages, the friendly local people and the wonderful local food. Had great days out at the beach, San Marino, the opera in Macerata and hiking in the hills. Also great days spent relaxing outside the appartment - it is so peaceful there - a great place to relax and unwind. Ten out of ten.

Comment: Lovely apartment, beautiful area, great weather, but the best part of our holiday were our hosts.Karen & Anthony are like family. We had major problem with car but they were on hand and nothing was too much trouble. Don't know what we would have done without their kindness and support. Thank you doesn't do it. They made a potential disaster into a relaxing and perfect stay. Fabulous couple, making their house into a great escape. Go there and enjoy Italy as it should be, full of charm and peace.
